Truckbase vs RIZE TMS

Truckbase is built for growing fleets that want their ELD, accounting and paperwork connected, and starts at $290 a month on a yearly contract. RIZE is $39 a month for any size of fleet, month to month, and does less.

Prices checked on truckbase.com/pricing on 19 October 2026.

The short answer

  • You want your ELD feeding the TMS: Truckbase connects to more than 30 ELDs. RIZE connects to none.
  • You run QuickBooks: Truckbase syncs with it. RIZE exports, but does not sync.
  • One to a few trucks: Truckbase's minimum is $290 a month, billed for the year. RIZE is $39 a month, and you can stop any month.
  • You'd rather try it than book a demo: RIZE is 30 days free with no card. Truckbase doesn't list a trial; you book a demo.

Where Truckbase is the better fit

If your trucks already run an ELD and you want its locations and miles flowing into dispatch, Truckbase does that with more than 30 of them, and RIZE does none. It syncs with QuickBooks so nobody types the books twice, and every customer gets live onboarding. For a fleet big enough that a few hundred dollars a month is small next to the time it saves, that's a real case.

Where RIZE is the better fit

  • A smaller fleet. $39 a month is less than a seventh of Truckbase's minimum, for any number of trucks.
  • No contract. Month to month. If you stop, everything stays readable and exportable, and nothing is deleted.
  • Try before you talk to anyone. Sign up and run real loads for 30 days, no card, no call.
  • Loads from the rate con. Upload it, or take a photo, and the broker, stops, dates and rate are typed in for you.
  • Spanish. Every screen, for everyone who wants it.
No demo. No contract.30 days free, no card. Run real loads through it and decide at the end.
