Billing questions
Is there really only one plan?
Yes. Everything RIZE does, for $39 a month per company. No per-truck charges, no per-user charges, no add-ons.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Sign up with an email and confirm it. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; you choose whether to subscribe.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal, using a card or your PayPal balance. Only the company's owner can subscribe or cancel.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings. Nothing more is charged, and you keep full use until the end of the month you've paid for. There are no refunds for part of a month.
What happens if a payment fails?
The account turns read-only until it's sorted out: you can still see and export everything. Nothing is deleted.
Will the price go up?
If it ever does, account owners are told at least 30 days before it applies to them, with time to cancel first. It's in our terms.
Do prices include tax?
Prices don't include any taxes that may apply.
